These Terms of Use govern your use of the Moodi iOS app and related services provided by Kreon Labs. By downloading or using Moodi, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy.

Apple’s Licensed Application End User License Agreement also applies to the app you download from the App Store. If there is a conflict about in-app purchases, Apple’s terms for those purchases control.

1. The app

Moodi provides ambient sound sessions for focus, breaks, and sleep, including catalogs of audio and visuals, optional offline downloads, statistics, and related features. Moodi is not a medical device and is not a substitute for professional medical or sleep advice.

2. Eligibility

You must be able to enter a binding contract in your country. If you are under the age of majority, a parent or guardian must agree to these Terms on your behalf.

3. Your Moodi space

Moodi does not require a traditional account. The app creates an anonymous device identity so we can load the catalog and, if you use sync, restore favorites, presets, and stats on that device. You are responsible for activity on your device.

4. Moodi Plus subscriptions

Some features (for example full statistics and premium sounds) may be offered as auto-renewable subscriptions through the App Store (“Moodi Plus”).

• Payment is charged to your Apple ID at confirmation of purchase.
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless you turn off auto-renew at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period, at the cost of the chosen plan (monthly or yearly).
• You can manage or cancel subscriptions in iOS Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions, or via Manage Subscription in the app when that screen is available.
• Any unused portion of a free trial, if offered, is forfeited when you purchase a subscription.
• Prices are shown in the app in your App Store storefront currency. They may change as permitted by Apple.

Restore Purchases is available in the app. Refunds are handled by Apple under Apple’s refund policies.

5. License and content

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use Moodi on Apple devices you own or control, in line with Apple’s App Store rules. Sounds, images, video, text, trademarks, and software in Moodi remain the property of Kreon Labs or our licensors. You may not copy, redistribute, or create derivative works from Moodi content except as the app allows for personal playback.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Reverse engineer, scrape, or overload our APIs or catalog
• Circumvent device authentication or paid access
• Use Moodi for anything unlawful or that harms others
• Misrepresent yourself when contacting support

7. Availability

Catalog, sync, and media delivery depend on network services. We may change, suspend, or discontinue features. Offline downloads you keep on device may still play until you delete them or they expire from cache.

8. Disclaimer

Moodi is provided “as is”. To the fullest extent allowed by law, we disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and uninterrupted or error-free operation. Sounds and timers are for personal well-being and productivity; they are not treatment for any condition.

9. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, Kreon Labs is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for lost data, arising from your use of Moodi. Our total liability for any claim relating to Moodi will not exceed the amount you paid us for Moodi Plus in the 12 months before the claim (or zero if you have not paid). Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limits; in those places our liability is limited to the maximum permitted.

10. Termination

You may stop using Moodi at any time and delete the app. We may suspend access if you breach these Terms or if we must do so for security or legal reasons.

11. Changes

We may update these Terms. The “Last updated” date will change when we do. If you continue using Moodi after an update, you accept the new Terms.
